Race Day Rules & Information

Marathon Course closes at 1:00 pm. You must be able to maintain approximately a 13:30 minute mile pace to complete the Marathon in 6 hours.

Half Marathon Course closes at 11:30 am. You must be able to maintain approximately a 20:36 minute mile pace to complete the Half Marathon in 4.5 hours.

There will be No Day of Race Registration. No Refunds.
Strollers are allowed in the 10k & Half Marathon, No roller blades, No skateboards, No dogs, No bicycles (except Course Marshal's and Lead Bike).

TalkingRain Aid Stations will be approximately every 2 miles with TalkingRain Water and electrolytes, Gel will be provided at Aid Stations at miles 8, 14, 18

To be eligible for overall and age group awards you can not be paced or accept aid from a non registered runner at anytime during the event.

Awards will be presented 5 deep in the following age groups: 14 & under,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Awards not picked up at the Awards ceremony can be picked up following the event at Fleet Feet Bonney Lake between May 12th & June 12th

Only Pre Registered participants are guaranteed their Event t-shirt at packet pick up.
No Event t-shirts will be mailed. Make up shirts (if applicable) can be picked up following the event at Fleet Feet Bonney Lake between June 12th & July 12th
